Galen P. Sallomi represents a variety of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, in all stages of disputes from pre-litigation investigation and counseling through trial. He has completed trials in both the Delaware Chancery court and in California federal court and has extensive experience in pre-trial and alternative dispute resolution.
His practice focuses on assisting companies with employment matters, such as wage and hour issues, employee classification, personnel management, harassment, discrimination, hiring, discipline, and terminations. He also counsels and, where necessary, litigates disputes among company owners and/or investors regarding involuntary departures of owners and executives.
