Stacey Zartler offers over 25 years of experience dedicated to advising and representing employers and individuals across a broad spectrum of employment and labor law matters. She specializes in litigation of wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and medical leave claims, as well as wage and hour class actions, workplace investigations, management training, and labor-management relations.

Stacey has appeared regularly in state and federal courts, mediation and arbitration forums and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Labor Commissioner, and the National Labor Relations Board.
