Allison Moser


Allison Moser focuses on litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, wrongful termination, employee mobility, and other labor and employment matters. She litigates in individual, multi-plaintiff, and class action litigation through all stages of litigation. Allison has extensive pretrial, trial, arbitration, and alterative dispute resolution experience.

Allison also advises employers on employment policies, terminations, classification of employees, misappropriation of trade secrets, family and medical leave, reductions in force, workplace violence issues, employment contracts, and numerous other issues that arise under local, state, and federal labor and employment laws.

Prior Work Experience

Jones Day, Palo Alto, CA (Associate, Employment Group) (2013-2016)

Practice included all aspects of employment litigation including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour law, class actions, employee mobility and restrictive covenants and trade secrets and other proprietary information issues. Acted as trial counsel in a wage and hour trial. Also regularly provided counseling in all areas of employment law.

Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati (Associate, Employment Group) (2010-2013)

Extensive counseling and advice practice for technology clients including drafting various employment agreements and policies, including conducting sexual harassment training. Also represented employers in various labor and employment lawsuits, such as class action wage and hour litigation, single plaintiff discrimination and retaliation cases, and defended employer in an employment breach of contract dispute at arbitration.
